Providing reliable, safe service to our customers remains one of our top priorities during COVID-19. We are actively monitoring the recommendations and guidelines put forth by the CDC and will continue to adjust as necessary. To ensure safety and continuity of services, our team will be working remotely and practicing social distancing.
We are a software company that puts a priority on our employees and the relationships they have built with you, our clients. With the ongoing spread of the COVID-19 virus, we have taken several steps to keep our employees and our communities safe while still providing the level of service that our clients expect.
We implemented our Business Continuity Plan, and in an abundance of caution, directed our employees to work from home to mitigate the potential spread of the virus. All of our employees are able to work offsite in the same capacity as they would on premise so there will be no disruption to our normal business operations.
Our travel policy has been updated to temporarily suspend all non-critical business travel and utilize video conferencing in order to avoid in-person gatherings, both internally and externally. While we know that this may impact some of our clients, safety is a top value of our company. We also recognize that many of our clients have implemented similar policies and there may be obstacles in the successful implementation and training on the use of our software. We will be happy to work with each of you individually as we all get through this together.
As a fully cloud-based software solution hosted on Microsoft Azure, our service operations are insulated from many potential impacts – including COVID-19. Our clients will not see any interruption to the normal operation of our software platform. In addition, all of our software updates with new features and fixes will be released on schedule throughout the coming months.
